Carollyne Yardley is an interdisciplinary artist, writer and researcher based on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən-speaking peoples known today as the Songhees and Xwsepsum Nations. Her research-creation methodology, Squirrealism, applies intuitive field research through psychometry and interspecies communication to explore urban ecologies, multispecies relations, environmental stewardship and the entanglements between human and more-than-human worlds.
